We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Paypal. All charges are made at the time of checkout and you will be notified promptly via email.
We will calculate shipping fee with UPS Ground and add to your invoice.
All orders placed before 1 pm (PST), or noon, will be processed and shipped the same day during business days. We cannot guarantee the processing of orders placed after 1 pm until the following business day.
We use UPS as the primary delivery service for domestic and international shipments. We also provide Cargo Service to Mexico with the minimum purchase amount of $200.
A shipment notification email will be sent to the registered email address containing tracking information of the package shipped within 24 hours. We do not ship to P.O. Box Address or APO/FPOs.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways under all circumstances including return shipping. For defective items, shipping is free for domestic orders. For international orders, a credit will be given. Beautique Nails does not hold responsibility nor is liable for the lost/stolen packages.
All sales are final. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please return the item within 5 days of the delivered date. There will be a 30% stocking fee, unless the return is for but not limited to, defective, broken, or wrong items shipped.
All refunds are CUSTOMER POINTS ONLY (STORE CREDIT). No Exceptions.
1. You must request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number by email ONLY within 5 business days of receipt before making a return: To request an RMA number please fill out the form completely and email it to us info@Beautique Nails Please be sure to let us know in your email: (1) Which item you would like to return. (2) Why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the copy of your packing slip.
2. Please note: For a return to be accepted for store credit , “Customer Points”, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging and all accessories. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact.
3. For any returned packages with failure delivery, i.e., multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, or delivery refusal, you will be issued a store credit for the amount of the purchase, minus original shipping cost and return shipping cost, as well as a 30% restocking fee.
4. There are no exchanges. Defective merchandise returned with RMA Number will not be replaced for the the same item.
When returning the items please return by USPS only, (SHIPPING FEE FOR RETURN ITEMS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR ANY OTHER METHODS) pack all items in one package box and have the following items inside the return box.
-  Please have all items in the original packaging
-  Please print out copy of the RMA receipt
-  Please provide copy of the invoice indicating which items are being returned
-  Please indicate the reason(s) for return
  • All Returns and RMA are only dealt through e-mail. Phone calls made will not be accounted for as having notified us within 5 days.
  • The postmark date for the return should not exceed a week from the date the RMA, (return authorization number) , was issued, otherwise the return shall be considered late, and the authorization will be null, voided.
  • Returns made without obtaining a RMA number will not be processed, accepted.
  • Return Label/Call Tags are not provided.
  • No online purchase returns accepted at store. Only Mail-Ins.
We are unable to provide destination country tax or duty charge if it is occurred. It is customer’s responsibility to check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees that are collected from their country before placing the order. Beautique Nails will not be responsible for any of the above duties and fees.
Beautique Nails reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund, if the order arrives at customer’s country under following circumstances:
The customer refuses to accept the package.
No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.
Customer may cancel the order as long as the order is still in process. Cancellation cannot be made once the order has been shipped out.
